I just got my braces off a few weeks ago and I have a few white spots. How can I whiten them without strips or baking soda?

Lemon juice works great! It strips the enamel though. But if you put lemon juice in ice water that does the trick! Or put sugar to make lemonade and get the same results! (:

I can't drink lemon juice or consume it because I have fructose malabsorption. So I can't do that one, sorry.

I did get them cleaned but to get the white marks removed its 300 dollars and I can afford that

I've heard of rubbing teeth with a strawberry. Not sure if it works, but it would be interesting to try.
