Try winged liner, my eyes are kinda small but they look bigger when I line almost the entire top lash line and extend it. Also try this without lining the bottom lash line, as that can make your eyes appear smaller and therefore your cheeks bigger? I think you look beautiful in your photos but if that's what you see maybe try my suggestion!

I think bronzer would help you more than a change in eyeliner. But it is always nice to try different ways of lining to see which flatters your eye shape most.

I love wearing cherry bomb by wet n wild but I think the wing makes it look like "gangster ish" especially with the lipstick :/

Eyeliner can make your eyes look smaller which in turn can make your face look fuller or rounder. You could try winging your liner & shadow out a bit. Concentrating your mascara on the outer lashes & not lining the waterline. Also contouring the hollows of your cheeks will visually slim your face and wearing a lighter lipshade will visually enlarge the mouth. Basically if your facial features look larger, your face will look less full.
