How do you apply it so it doesn't look Cakey? And gives good coverage, using liquid?

Try Make Up Forever HD foundation, use 1 coat of everything & don't pack it on throughout the day. If you need a touch up, wash your face or use a makeup wipe & start fresh again with 1 coat.

You just have to make sure to use a good brush and blend.

Get you a good buffer brush that's going to buff it in. Also don't use a lot, start off with about a dime size amount. Don't dot the foundation all over your face then blend it in cause it dries fast and will be hard to blend. Work on one section at a time, and also try spraying some Fix + on afterwards, that will take away any cakeyness that is there. Good luck!

I would suggest using your fingers not a brush because when using your brush your not blending it you are rubbing the foundation all over your face and just spreading it, which is something you don't want to do. And I would highly recommend using a moisturizer or primer before applying your foundation because primers and moisturizers work as a Velcro for your foundation, so using one of them will help your foundation look more flawless.

I place my foundation on my skin with my fingers first and push it into the skin a little then I get my sigma F80 and buff it in, I find this way you get a lot of coverage but it looks natural still.

I personally find that a stippling brush works best. I just use a buffing motion
but try a beauty blender! Might work for you:)

I like to use ELF's Studio Powder Brush. It's a flat top, dense brush. I like to stipple the foundation all over my face then buff it all in. If I need more coverage, I get a sponge and stipple it on the area where I need more coverage. :)
