How does katy perry get her skin to look so smooth and perfect? I think maybe she uses a light foundation and powder? I'm not sure though! What do you think?

I don't think it's a light foundation, probably a full coverage liquid foundation.

Well chances are there is some photoshop involved- because Katy has admitted to having acne! But if you want a similar look go for a full coverage foundation and a light powder
