Shedding is normal! Just brush your hair normally to catch most of it! As long as you aren't balding I wouldn't worry too much about it

I've been freaking out lately over losing hair. mines long and it seems like I lose tons daily. Yesterday I tried an olive oil treatment and washed with organix coconut shampoo. Today I rinsed with apple cider vinegar. let it on my hair for half an hour and again washed with organix. my hair lost was WAY less than it has been lately. I'm just not sure if one of these 3 things may have helped and if so which one.

Biotin helps with that a lot. When I started taking it I noticed a big change in how much hair comes out in the shower. The pills marked hair skin nail pills are the same thing and more expensive. Just buy regular spring valley brand biotin.

Try to reduce any heat on your hair if you use a lot for a few days, and look for really good moisturizing products! Keep using the ones you've tried if they seem to be working, and if you still think you need some help, maybe look into a deep conditioner or hair mask to use once a week! You probably just need to strengthen your hair a little and then the fallout will hopefully reduce! (:
