All I have to say is if someone does there makeup a certain way it's obviously cause they like it that way. Most of these pictures are edited or are supposed to be a joke. But that first picture that Nala posted is of an actual woman who does her eyebrows like that cause she likes it. We all have different tastes in makeup. I actually applaud that woman for having the courage to make YouTube videos knowing that people may make fun of her.
