I've heard that you should store it upside down to prevent it from drying out. This is supposed to being the moisture throughout and to the surface. Not sure if you can still do this once it has actually dried out. Maybe do a search on here?? I'm sure there are other threads in regards to this. :-)

Put it in a microwave for like 10-20 sec if it's glass. It depends on how high or low your microwave heat is. Or put it on the metal plate of the iron. It should be good afterwards.

I take a clean brush and brush a light coating of oil over the top and let it sit for a day. Works for my bobby brown liner. I used coconut oil cuz of the natural anti micro whatever. My friend used argon oil and it wirked.

Do you have eye drops? I put 1 drop and mix it up and this works for me :)

There is a video on YouTube by enkore makeup. It has really detailed explanation on how to revive dried up gel liner and cream eyeshadow. You would need glycerine and distilled water. Koren is very talented and I trust his methods completely. I tried it on a dried up maybelline color tatoo and it worked perfectly.
