There really is no such thing as a waterproof bb cream but there is such thing as a water resistant
I hear the maybelline dream fresh is really good sweat proof drugstore bb cream, a waterproof concealer that I personally use and enjoy is the maybelline cover stick waterproof concealer, the best waterproof inexpensive masacara is the maybelline rocket mascara in the waterproof version

I really like the illegal length water proof mascara by maybelline
I can have a shower with it on and it won't budge just as long as you don't rub your eyes
