What works best for you? I've never used a foundation brush inn my life and usually use my fingers or a sponge. What do you recommend? Should I invest in a foundation brush?

Hi Leanda,
I hope all is well!
Personally for me all I use is my beauty bleander, I love how it evenly distributes the foundation and can get into the little tiny spaces with the tip. I even contour and highlight with the beauty blender! But every now and then I will swap, and use my foundation brushes for a couple months and alternate (haha that's just me I get bored of apply foundation the same way!) However, in regards to your question, I would definitley purchase a foundation brush, just to have a feel of what it's like to apply foundation on with a brush. Even if you don't like it you will always find another way of using the brush. also if your reluctant perhaps buy a relatively cheaper brush compared to the fancy brands. I really love the real techniques foundation paddel brush and the stippling brush. I hope my advice has helped you Leanda and good luck!

I think it just really depends on your foundation. I personally love using a foundation brush (I recomment Real Techniques ones) or even my fingers if I use a lighter foundation or a BB cream :)

I apply mine with a foundation brush and then use a damp beauty blender to go back over it and blend it in more.

Yeah I like to use a foundation brush but I just switched and started using the multipurpose brush by real techniques and love it.
