It really varies per store. If you are deciding to go though, you need to really be picky, most things can be cheap but not good quality. Don't be discouraged, there are many hidden treasures if you are lucky and patient.

I think thrifting is getting pretty popular at Goodwill! I love Goodwill and they have super inexpensive clothes like $1.99, $2.99, $3.99 and more! And they have lots of sales like on Sundays, they have these specific color of tags that are 50% off of what you buy! So awesome and I totally recommend thrifting at Goodwill!

Like Diana said it varies by store. majority of the clothes are donated so there's really no way to say which stores are best.you just have to look.

Oooh I adore thrifting! Trust me, if you're patient and openminded you'll find something you'll love. :) One of my favorite finds was at an unnamed thrift store in Florida; it's a vintage wedding book from 1965 (the couple was Elaine and Donald Betcher) filled with signatures from the guests, wedding cards, and a registry of all the gifts they received.

I love thrift stores but I find that I get weirded out by wearing other people's clothes. Like I'm not high maintenance by any standard but I'm really weird.

I've been debating on going to the one near me in charlotte, but had no clue what all they had there. Please tell me your experience there.

The goodwill in charlotte is a hit or miss at times, but they have another community thrift store (thats the real name haha) and it had some cool stuff.
