I really wish I knew the answer.. I don't put nothing chemically on my face including toothpaste, don't want to damage my face in such a young age, When I break out (pimples, not acne)

Some toothpastes can actually cause burns, depending on your skin type and the formula. Keep the area clean, don't pick at it, use a redness reducing acne fighter so it's less noticeable. Tea Tree oil is very good.

I just sleep on it for a day and it just goes away on its own, when I stick to my Dailey face wash routine

Do not use toothpaste, some of them do more harm then good. I take a warm shower and put a hot wash cloth on it if I want it gone quick, if not I just use African black soap.

I tried toothpaste this summer on a couple spots and it caused me to break out completely. My cousin does that and she told me about it so I tried it. I guess I had a allergic reaction to the toothpaste or something, and the next morning I was broke out the worst I had ever been. WORST experience ever, so I am too scared to try toothpaste again.

What I use to do sice my teenage was to rub ice in pimples whenever I was going anywhere.. it driesout really fast and never leave any spot...
other thing which I still do keeping in.mind that its cold.. I use to apply dirct lemon... though it burns for few sec but then still it really a quick fix without any side effects..
hope that works.. <3

Don't use coconut oil, its high in lineoic acid which is very comedogenic and may cause more breakouts. try icing (use paper towel over the ice, never put ice directly onto skin!) it 10 min on an 10 min off for a couple nights and take a couple ib profin to help with inflammation. I also see a big reduction when I put Manuka honey on it overnight, clears it up in a couple days with no scaring!
