Check out Lush. they have some great moisturizers for oily skin. I use one as my morning moisturizer called Enzimion. its oil absorbing but still keeps you moisturized.

I break out with even oil-free moisturisers! The only one that's worked has been Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturiser in gel version which I have been using for 2/3 years now x

I have oily skin n use aloe Vera gel, it's oil free n helps with scarring as well. Most moisturizers I have tried leave me greasy feeling.

Clinique 3 step routine is pretty neat. I use the lotion number 3 and gel (the yellow one) not the lotion. I had super oily skin. It works really nice and my skin looks overall healthier now.
