MAC Full Coverage Foundation - if your perfect shade is available here, go for it. At $1.07 per gram, MAC Full Coverage is only bested by Mehron Celebre Pro HD (AMAZING VALUE! $0.40 per gram), RCMA Foundation and Ben Nye HD Cream foundation. It is matched in price by Graftobian HD Glamour Creams.

MAC Mineralized Skin Finish Natural is unique, so if you absolutely love it, it is worth it (at least as a finishing powder and not a setting powder/foundation).

I would never buy a MAC eyeshadow or Lipstick though... They would have to come very good before I waste money on that. It would have to be the most unique-est (lol) shade ever.

You are losing money if you havent taken advantage of pigments/mica powders, Yaby eye shadows, Ebay Palletes (shimmers), Ben Nye Shadows (the best), LA Femme Blushers. Now that's VALUE FOR MONEY.
