BB is Blemish Balm, designed to help clear up your skin, and CC is Color Corrector, designed to help even out your skin tone if you have discoloration and such.

BB can also stand for Beauty Balm since its a one step beauty product that is your moisturizer, sunscreen and primer! then as Hannah said a CC stands for Color Corrector which contains the same benefit of a BB but color corrects the skin with typically vitamin c or other skin brightening ingredients.
