If you're having a problem with black heads try getting a cleanser with salycylic acid in it. Salycylic acid will deteriorate the dirt and oil deep inside to pore to in clog it, follow by an oil free moisturizer to replenish your skins nutrients and avoid excess oil production and it should help reduce and eventually completely get rid of your black heads!
For quick extraction you can use pore strips by holding a hot rag on your nose to loosen the pores and then applying pore strips as instructed. This may not get rid of your older ones though as they tend to be stuck deeper.
For older black heads you can by an extraction tool at your local beauty supply or some drug stores, it does exactly that- extract the oil by squeezing the pore.

What I do, that works, is first I put a warm cloth over my nose to open the pores, then I get Elmer's white school glue, and I add a little bit of lemon in it, then I spread it on my nose, and when dry, I peel it off (it is really gross when I peel it off because all the dirt and oil inside your pores gets stuck and peels right out!)

Everyone thinks they need to rip black heads out. I used to, but nope they'd always come back. I use clinique, the mild toner. I use it every morning & no more blackheads @ all.
