I use AHA every single night and I know I should use sunscreen in the morning. But sometimes I just go out to buy something and only spend couple of minutes under the sun ,is it okay not to use sunscreen? :-)

I'm no dermatologist but I would assume it's better to be safe than sorry and just wear it in case :)

Being in the sun for a few minutes is fine for your skin since you are getting your essential vitamin c. but if you are going to be out for longer then a few minutes then definitely put spf on (make sure it is broad spectrum spf) I put it on every morning whether I am going somewhere or not actually lol.

If it makes it easier to apply, get a moisturizer that has SPF in it to begin with. That way it's two steps in one. I like Origins A Perfect World white tea moisturizer with SPF 25. It isn't greasy and hasn't ever broken me out. I'm sure they have other products with SPF, because they have a huge range of stuff, but that's just what I've tried :) I also liked Ponds Luminous skin moisturizer with SPF. And you probably CAN get away with it but AHAs make the skin more sensitive to sunlight. If its just a once in a while thing then I wouldn't worry. But if you're going to be out all day, even not outside I would recommend the origins moisturizer because in addition to having a sunscreen it also helps prevent free radical and environmental damage to the skin, which is almost as bad as sunlight after many years. Sun and free radicals are a huge cause of aging and the sooner we protect our skin the healthier it can be :)
