I use Pureology hydrate shampoo and conditioner for my angled bob haircut. I take biotin as well. How can I grow my hair faster??

I find coconut oil helps! Put it on dry hair, not wet, and leave it in for 20mins or so, or overnight like I do then wash it out! Make sure to massage it into your scalp to stimulate hair follicles which helps :)

make sure your trimming your hair at least once every 3months to get rid of the split ends,that can make hair stop growing. Using less
heat on hair also cab help

It doesn't stop your hair from growing. Split ends means your hair is breaking off, if you don't trim it it will continue to break. Even though your hair maybe growing, if it's still breaking off you will never be able to retain a longer length.

renee it will grow but it will break up the mid shaft cause more breakage and damage and weaken the hair you can't fix split ends by product only way to get rid of them is cutting them off. I am a hair stylist and I would suggest cutting it 6 to 8 weeks for trims

I have not cut my hair for two years and only just recently started using oils and proteins in my hair especially on my ends, I'm getting good results. If you want to grow your hair really long, I wouldn't cut it. I would avoid heat or use head protector and I never blow dry. Take care if your hair and you won't get spilt ends so bad that your hair breaks off LOL ..

The only thing I guarantee for hair growth increase is biotin. Everything else is a gimmick, myth, etc. Cutting your hair in no way can make your hair grow faster. There are topical products that STIMULATE growth, but a faster growth rate comes from inside the body. No, I do not recommend pre-natal vitamins. Its pregnancy that makes hair grow faster, not the vitamins.

Biotin definitely works! I was natural for a few months and it was worked wonders! Take it EVERYDAY! Split ends are real! Please trim every 6-8 weeks. Also, keeping your hair hydrated along with your body will help !
