How should I dye or cut my hairs? If you look closer you can see in sides that I had bangs. I think that I will dye my hairs brown. Please help, what haircut, color? (sorry for that bad picture ;D)

I think you would look cute with some layers, but long hair looks beautiful on you so maybe keep the length below the shoulder

Get an inch or two off the length and a long layer in and colour your hair but not too dark or your skin will look washed out. No more than 2 shades darker or lighter than your natural colour
