Hello,
Does anyone have any experiences with perming fine hair. I have lots of hair, it's thick all together but the individual hair is very fine, much finer than my sisters. It's very sleek and slippery but used to be wavy its sort of straightened out as it got longer and I've got older.
I would love to have curls but I'm scared that the process of perming my hair would damage it or even make it fall out.
Would perming it create a similar amount of damage to bleaching it?
