help! I cut my hair and I want it to grow quickly. what should I do?

Eat right and exercise, make sure to eat a decent amount of nuts (they have healthy fats that aid in hair growth), and if you really need a quicker fix and have the money, you can invest in Nisim Fast shampoo and conditioner. They charge $40 for decent sized bottles of them both together, and they are supposed to double your hair growth. I used them, and they did jump start my hair growth, so I do recommend them if you have the money.

Get Organic Coconut oil and put it in your hair after every shower like a a hair gel. It doesn't make your hair oily and ever since I started using it my hair has been growing so fast. My mom had a pixy cut last year and her hair is already longer than the length she had before she cut it.

Make sure that all products that you use (shampoo, conditioner, any sprays or leave in treatments) are all sulfate and Paraben free! The harsh chemicals that are in many hair products damage hair and keep it from growing. All natural is the way to go! And definitely recommend the Organic coconut oil as mentioned above, make sure it is Unrefined! (Or virgin). If its refined all the amazing nutrients are taken out in the refining process. Hope this helps!
