Winter Formal styling?!?

My school is doing a winter formal and I just ordered my dress, but I'm not sure about the rest of my look. My hair is barely shoulder length and quite fine and fluffy (growing pains >.<) So styling suggestions for that any anything else are 100% welcome! This is the dress:

Haha thanks! I'll have to practice my cat-eye skills, but it'll be worth it! I actually have some great nude heels, so that will work out well. :)

Yep I agree with the nude heels, they will really make your legs look longer however a chunky black ankle boot will also look gorgeous! I'd use natural shimmers on you eyes and the have a dark berry lip. Lightly wave your hair and give it loads of volume! You'll look great! X.

Pin waves would awfully pretty with the dress or maybe a Lilly Collins bouffant (I think that's what it's called.)
