I'm not super desperate or anything, but I often have a pimple or blemish on my face that looks very red because I have easily irritated skin that is pretty pale, and these blemishes tend to by dry/ flakey. (The photo should give you an idea) Any tips for covering them up? (I use green primer and a kinda heavy bb cream right now)

You should upgrade to a foundation. Revlon ColorStay and Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 are both great for acne coverage and long lasting as well, but they are best for combo to oily skin. If you have dry skin, try Neatrogena Healthy Skin.

Awesome, thanks! Do you have any particular tricks for applying them?

From my personal experience, I don't like the feeling of "caking" (building) makeup over acne. If I try to cover, I'll use a light to medium coverage on a beauty blender. It won't feel as harsh as a brush and it'll glide over the acne rather than rub it. Then just dab concealer and blend with beauty blender :)

Try getting camouflage makeup like derma blend or derma colour, and only apply on the areas most needed :) with the fixing powders and sprays they should last all day and they are waterproof :)

Well, y'all are just lovely, and I'll definitely look into getting a beauty blender because everyone seems to love those things!
