Hair cut dilemma

I've been having this inner struggle for a while I have finally grown out my hair it reaches a little lower than the top of my bra but its not longer than that. I have one layer because I have ny hair and and braided most of the time but I really wanna cut my hair but I don't want it short and I really don't want bangs/fringe what could I possibly do with my hair?

Or do long wispy bangs instead of straight across bangs
