I recently started blogging too, for my first post I did a "beauty basics"-- general ideas and specific products I think everyone should have. I actually made it into a little series, with posts on face and eyes up now and ones on lips and contouring on the way. You could also do a quick top 3 favorites or even an EOTD/FOTD. I'm personally not too big on hauls, but if you included a quick first impression of the products, I think it'd make for a better post than just photos.
PS: I just subscribed to your blog! Looks good so far!
