So I'm NC42, warm, yellow-undertones. I'm trying to find the best dark burgundy shade lipstick that can fit my skin tone well. I would also prefer it non-matte since I have very dry lips. Thanks in advance :)

MAC Lip liner in Vino. With a balm over it, is one of my favorite high end burgundys. But a drug store color would be black cherry by Revlon!

Wet n wild cherry bomb it's not all matte with a clear gloss on top I see vaseline or eos balms are good to keep them good wet n wild is very pigmented and it's no more than 5bucks.

Thanks for the advise Elsa. Will definitely look into the wet and wild. I've been looking for sugar plum fairy (heard it's a dupe for rebel) :)
