I have naturally dry skin but since were in the winter, my skin has been getting so much worse! I have tons of dry patches on my fave and my skin keeps flaking! I put lotion on my face at least 5 times a day but that doesn't seem to be helping. Its getting kind of out of control to the point where I don't even want to put foundation on because I know its going to draw attention to my dry patches.
Any advice or product suggestions for my problem?
Any drugstore items I should pickup and try?
Let me know! Thanks :)

CeraVe moisturizing cream is the best hands down, I've tried so many different moisturizers for my dry patches, and it's the only thing that works, I only have to apply it once a day. My skin feels so soft now.

I already know Lexi is gong to comment as well and she's going to say the same thing... CeraVe.
Moisturize at least four times a day, and if its available get the cream not the lotion since creams absorb way more faster and better. Make sure youre not using a cleanser too harsh for your skin as well. Moisturizing won't work too well if you use a harsh cleanser then a good moisturizer and then use another harsh product over your skin. Exfoliate as well but don't use anything harsh ( like with walnut shells ) since exfoliation is not as physical as you think. You can literally just throw any kind of oatmeal in the blender and wet it with water and exfoliate with it. It's the most gentle exfoliated and I love it.

You can also try Josie Maran Argan Oil. You can add it to your moisturizer for more hydration or use alone. I absolutely love it! You can find it at Sephora if interested :)

Hi,
One of the way to prevent the dry skin use chemical free products. It safe and it does't have side effects.
Never use products that contain drying or irritating ingredients.
To find chemical-free products, read labels, research ingredients and read as many skin care product reviews as possible.
All 100% Natural Creams. Great for dry skin, sensitive skin, skin redness, itchy skin, psoriasis, eczema & dermatitis. Also can be used on normal skin.
Here's a link to a site with unbiased reviews of chemical-free and organic skin care.http://www.green-mandarine.com.au/
