I'd go to a professional. It will be a process, if you try to bleach your hair that light all at once, you'll fry it off. A professional is your best bet for minimal damage and the best shade of blonde.

I'm naturally blonde. A darker blonde but I still get called blondie and I have naturally dark brown eyes and eye brows! It's no big!
