Practice doing it with pencil liner, then going over it with liquid. Also, YouTube has tons of tutorials on how to do a great cat eye (way easier to see them do it than to decipher my horrible written how-to lol)

It is so much easier when you get to know your eye shape. I am only 14 and I am great at it because I practice with pencil and found my eye shape. Basically take Niki C.'s advice.

Hey! It's all about practice I promise I use gel or liquid liner it's hard to explain but def look up some videos that's how I perfected mine!

Here's a pictorial. Also with cat eyes you can try both liquid and gel so maybe look into it and see if you like it. Also liquid liner come in different brushes like felt tip and pen or brush tip and if you practice with what you feel most comfortable with you'll be able to make some awesome wing liners!

Get a liner where instead of the brush being attached to the lid, you unscrew the cap and it is attached to the tube. Better grip. And don't think about it so much when applying; a bit extended beyond the edge of your eye and wahla.

Hate it!! Recommend maybellines cream liner. It's awesome
