Tea tree oil is supposed to help the redness, but you've probably already heard that. I'm sorry about your problem, but the only way I can help with that is to pray for you. :(((

If you mean post acne scars they can take some time to fade but you can try various fading creams, for newer scars vitamin c works well n you can find many vitamin c creams out there or you can try a fresh lemon - for older scars that are quite dark they will take months to heal but fading creams can help diminish the appearance of them over time - like you can try clinique's dark spot treatment or any post blemish lightening lotion - look for things with hydroquinone it is known to fade dark spots - it will take some expensive creams to help them fade but if you invest in some good ones they will eventually fade.

Hey beauty!
I have the same problem, fighting acne is like a never ending war!
I have heard castor oil helps with skin problems, but I would advise not to use too much because that can over oil your skin and you'll break out more!
In personal experience I've found using Cetaphil cleanser and regulary doing a light exfoliation helps my acne scars become more lighter pink and less noticeable xx

You can exfoliate with salicylic acid or Alpha hydroxy acid and use a vitamin C serum and spf daily as far as the hormonal breakouts thats just going to happen unless you have your hormones balanced by a DR but you can try fish oil pills or flaxseed pills because they work buy reducing inflammation from there inside out so while its not a cure it does help a lot.

Hormones can be balanced by eating properly. I'm on a no sugar, no gluten diet with lots of protein and healthy fats like coconut oil. My hormones slowly balancing themselves! And my skin is better than it has been for years:)

Jenna... I got lucky and purchased the PMD microdermabrasion system for $67 on special. I have used it twice and it has shown a great different in my marks and discolorations from 22 years of acne. I'm 32 and I've done everything too. I use it once a week But if you can't afford one that is not on sale before I found that I had great luck w a pure Glycolic acid lotion. I started w the 5% one from Ulta. It's pure fruit acids. No other crap in there. It burns slightly but right after I put on my regular moisturizer, oil of Olay sensitive facial lotion. I'd exfoliate w my clairsonic lightly everyday and that combo made a good different too. But I anticipate that after three months of the PMD, all my scars and discoloration on my face will be gone. Make sure to take care of your skin in between and moisturizer day and night everyday, even if your oily. Trust me!!
