I am fantastic at changing my mind lol.
I know I've been saying I'm going get highlights, but I recently found this color that I LOVE. I don't know if it would look good on me though. Should I stick with highlights or should I get this new burgundy color instead? :s

I like the highlights since warmer weather is coming up soon but why don't you just get burgundy highlights incase you don't like the color all over.

Go with the highlights and if you don't like get the burgundy over the top. You can go darker but not as easy to go lighter x

I think that you should get the burgundy in highlights!! Not only would it look fresh & funky but just like the girls said, warmer weather is coming & highlights give you a sun kissed look! Also if for any reason you don't like the burgundy or get bored with the burgundy, highlights are easier to cover than your entire head. Post pics after its done please!!
