So I'm graduating this year and next week is our cap and gown pictures at school. What type of hair should I wear with the cap? I have pretty long hair and I want to do something more than just straighten it.

You should wear a braid! And use hairspray so it'll stay even when you take the cap off! I think a Dutch braid or a French braid would look lovely!

I'm just scared that the cap won't stay on my head with a braid. I have a big head an thick hair and the cap is tight. I will definely consider a braid for the big day though :)
How can I make it got better? Would pinning it to my head work?

If you pin it it's going to be hard to take off I would look up pictures of what other people have done! My sister wire hers down and straight it was perfect!

Idk if that's going to work but that's a makeup and hair video she does makeup first so if you like it then you can skip to the hair part. She just uses a curling wand , and if you don't have one you can just wrap your hair sound a curling iron and don't use the clip it's just the same. (:

Curl it, and another thing... bobby pin the cap on. They are hard to keep on over top of your hair otherwise. Mine absolutely would not stay on without the pins.

I did my hair similar to the picture Hailey posted. I suggest for your picture to not do anything busy near the crown of your head because it'll get messed up from the cap.
