I always do neutrals or smoky eyes but I want something a bit different to go with my new dress its a very bright green..I have dark eyes/hair...what kind of colours do u guys think would pop? xx

Purple! Purple makes dark eyes pop and goes really well with green.

I agree with both the purple and the gold suggestions! Maybe try pairing a gold lid with a purple liner. I have dark eyes and hair as well and I think that both of these colors work very well together when you have dark eye and hair color. If you have the Naked palette, I'd say try Half Baked all over the lid with Toasted in through the crease to blend it out. I love those two in that combination. Post a picture of what you end up doing!
