Have no clue why my lips started peeling, but it's getting bad and it's very annoying. They're not chapped, they just peel😒 helppp please.

Exfoliate and use chapstick often. I like the Elf exfoliator, it's $3 and comes in a tube like a lipstick, so it's completely mess-free. It also tastes pretty good. For chapstick try the Yes To line of chapsticks ($2.49 at Target), Nivea Lip Butter ($3.99 at Target), Smith's Rosebud Salve ($7 at Sephora) or Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment (which is the best, in my opinion. Especially the advanced therapy version. It retails at $23 at Sephora).

Exfoliate! As long as they arent bleeding or cracked! You can look up DIY lip scrubs! and I would just get some ChapStick brand chapstick! Drink a lot of water too!

Don't be too harsh on them. If it's not from the weather it can be the lip balm you've been wearing. Sometimes constantly applying lip balm can cause peeling especially the ones made with menthol or phenol that gives you that tingling feeling when applied. I would use petroleum jelly at night before bed and gently wipe off the excess skin the next morning. I personally use petroleum jelly aka Vaseline every night at bedtime and minimal lipbalm throughout the day. Just an idea:-)

I like the Jack Black lip treatments, they're about $7.50, have spf, are very moisturizing and really help. A simple scrub made from sugar and olive oil will gently exfoliate and soften as well. I'm not a huge fan of petroleum jelly, it can get super messy and stain sheets. :(

I would use lip scrub or you can rub them with a clean toothbrush then use Chapstick, that works really well.
