Girl all I see is those long lashes! I have acne too and have spent a lot of time googling (lol) about acne. I also see a Derm. The number one thing for most skin types is just a very gentle face wash. I like Cetaphil (two types but I get gentle) then a spot treatment. Salicylic Acid is actually proven to not make much of a difference. I even asked a few derms. Benzoyl Peroxide is proven to help acne. But it dries the skin out, as a side effect (that's not how it works, it delivers oxygen to the spot which kills it) use a 2.5% it's proven to work as good as higher percentages but not with as strong side effects. Go easy! Especially at first, it will come with some side effects. Then, of course, add in a moisturizer. I like Cetaphil. But you have to find one that works for you! Don't forget SPF in the AM. And of course exfoliation and the rest. If all else fails go to the Derm! Acne is a quite different for everyone or else there would be a million dollar cure! Sorry this was long but wanted to try my best! Like I said you're beautiful, love you me eye lashes and I don't see a thing wrong.

I use the clinique acne 3 step system. a little pricey- but I've tried EVERYTHING. its honestly an amazing line. they also have acne solutions makeup; it has medicine in it. I'd look it up. I love them and would recommend it to anybody. but I don't see anything...I was so concerned and now I'm not because I'm staying away from magnified mirrors and not getting as close to mirrors as other people would be throughout the day! good luck!

Retinol has helped me, I use neutrogena deep wrinkle serum (anything stronger than that makes my skin really break out) and it has really helped my skin. Its drying though so you'll have to find the right moisturizer for your skin to pair with it, personally I use avalon organic vitamin c cream and they work wonders together for me.

I just wanted to add that before I had been washing my face two times a day, not picking at my face, and spot treatments but my skin was still breaking out.

I had the same problem. I would say just get a cleansing brush and use it everyday on your face. Also watch the soap you use. It could be causing more acne. When you take a shower use warm water first to open the pores so you can clean them out and then change it to cool water to close them back up after cleaning them.
Also if you are able to, I would take water and out some lemon juice in it'd drink it. It helped me. Also drink lots of water.
Before you buy anything at the store I would do this first to see if this helps.

Also proactive is bad for your skin. If you go get something be carful what you get. All proactive does is get rid of it but keeps you using it. When you stop using it, it makes your acne worse, so be carful

Oh also, btw, my acne was worse than yours but now I don't even need anything to cover up my skin. The only makeup I use now is eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara.
