Do chilblains always last a couple of days? Because that's what I thought it was at first but in the past I have only had them for like a day. Also my boy friend keeps winding me up saying it might be an infection in my toe haha so it's got me paranoid

It isn't a blister because it has like no head at all it's just really swollen it dosent loo as bad in the picture x

Doesn't really look like an infection. If you see any puss or yellow/green stuff in it or around it, that would be infection.

Looks like friction, is there any fluid in it or is it solid? Make sure to sanitize it, and wear comfy shoes that doesn't press against it, if it doesn't go down in a few more days I would consult a doctor :)

Did you break your toe? The swelling and redness could be a result.

Could be a cyst, the medical defination is just "a swelling sometimes containing liquid but not in all cases" you can get them anywhere, and the can be painful, your gp will pierce it for you and remove it
