What's your normal skin care routine? I recommend working out your skin type, then getting a cleanser/toner/moisturiser to suit your skin type and using twice daily :) apply a mask for your skin type every fortnight, and if you can afford it get a proffessional facial once a month, they'll use proffessional grade products and you can ask for tips and trick, if a salon near you does facial electrical direct high frequency is aimed at helping help papules, pustules, blemished, or acne skin :) I'm using it at the moment in college (beauty therapy year 1) and it works brilliantly

Michelle Phan has a tutorial on youtube on making your on nose strips to remove blackheads :) or with your fingers covered in tissue you can squeeze them out easily after steaming, make sure to wipe with antiseptic afterwards, blackheads are just trapped dirt in an open pore so you won't scar your skin from removing them as you don't have to break skin :)

El yaagoubi, if the pimples are always sore, red and painful with pus, please see a doctor, it could be hormonal, I suffered from it for two years, without knowing it was my hormones, I wasted a lot of money on skin care products and treatments, they never worked. So get to the root of the problem and take action.
