Go see a dermatologist for one. Wash your face night & and when you wake avoid touching your face when you've been out and about exfoliate once/twice a week use deep cleansers and moisturizers I use nars and its amazing! I know they can be pricey but it works and also try Burt's bees their stuff is amazing and it's at drug stores good luck ☺

I'm all about the natural ways to resolve something. Try baking soda with a little bit of water in it to form a paste. It honestly worked for me. Xoxo.

Another tip is to use a little sudocrem on the zit. Especially if the wound is open it can help to reduce redness and dry it out. Also try tcp or tea tree oil. 💋

You don't need to go to the dermatologist, or go anywhere for them to tell you what to do. Wash your face morning and night. A face wash with salicylic acid would be helpful too! salicylic acid helps fight acne. After washing your face you should use a toner. A toner is what closes your pores after opening them from washing your face. I use a cotton round a sea breeze, which is also helpful when trying to get rid of or preventing acne. Follow up with a moisturizer to give back the moisture to your skin. I recommend formula 10.0.6 seriously shine free, it is made for younger skin and doesn't add excess oil/shine. You can find it at Ulta. You should also exfoliate 1-2 times a week. This removes dead skin cells that trap your pores, also creating zits. I hope this helped! I use panoxyl. try products with bp in, it's like a bleaching agent. and blocks bacteria from getting to your spots as bacteria feeds the spots. you may need a moisturiser on because it might leave your face dry:)
