What is the best eye brow pencil besides Mac? Even drug store brand?

I agree with Jocelyn! And also the Anastasia Brow wiz is the bomb! It has a brush on the end and the formula last all day and is very natural looking. You can he it at Sephora for about $21.00 or stop in and try it before u buy it. :)

I go for the eye pencils from ELF...there are not good enough for the eyes,so I used them for my eyebrows.I create the shape and it's a good base for the shadow I apply to set it.I don't think the eyebrow pencils are products who deserves to invest money on it.

Are you looking for a retractable pencil, or just a standard eye prow pencil? I usually gor for Wet N Wild or N.Y.C for pencils, and Maybeline or NYX for retractables

I've been really into the Maybelline one in the red packaging. Ridiculously cheap and it's hard enough to look like natural/real hairs but not so hard as to cause pain :)

Also try just using a matte brown eyeshadow and a small firm angle brush and fill them in that way. Apply before you powder foundation so it sticks

Revlon color stay is awesome because its a tinted wax so it shapes and color your brows at the same time. the other side is a highlighter which I don't care for but the tinted wax is awesome. I havent tried the one with pencil on one side brow gel on the other, but IMO the color stay is one of the best and most underrated brow products on the market

lov the Maybelline Expert Wear twin brow in medium brown there the perfect color 'cause it can go with different type of hair colors.
