Ok so my face is sensitive and it has gotten dry. I bought some extra sensitive skin face moustirizer. when that stuff touched my face I was on fire. it realllllyyyyy burned. I tried several other face lotions and it didn't help. my face is still crusty and kinda itchy.what is up with my face. recommendations?

Maybe you should try going to a doctor. It just might you have some kind of problem with the moisturizer or maybe you have some kind of face burn or something. If the doctor doesn't really prescribe anything for your face, then I wouldn't use any moisturizer at all.
Quick question: Do you know why your face was burning when you put the moisturizer on??

It's cold in there?? Stop any lotion or moistturizer. Put some fresh aloe vera pulp on your face to calm and heal Use some natural oil to moisture. If persist you should see a doctor.

Once in winter my face get cold burned so bad that any lotion moisturizer feels like you said and make it worst. Try the aloe vera to calm burning feeling and I think better see a derma then.

If you don't get cold burned. If it just happen with the moisturizer contact maybe you are allergic to any common ingredient on moisturizers.

You may try any natural oil to moisture for a while like coconut or olive oil just to replace moisture. But hone if you get that reaction with moisturizers seriously you should see a dermatologist.

Definitely see a dermatologist. I agree with @Lia L
You could have dermatitis or even rosacea which is more sensitive in the cold and heat. Try aloe and plenty of water

Use Alovera to cool and heal and you ice to shrink pore to make the crustyness peel and grow new skin
Sounds gross but really works that happens to me when I was younger and it was gone I a few days
If it doesn't heal think about going to a dermatologist.
Good luck hope it clears
