There are so many things you can do to get rid of it.
If its scarring;
• Cocoa Butter
• Essential Oils ( Almond, Coconut , Jojoba )
• Bio Oil ( This will really clog your pores. Better off using natural oils )
• Apple Cider Vinegar ( Must be diluted )
• Lemon / Lime ( Must be diluted. It's not a good idea to rub the actual fruit on your face. )
• You can make an exfoliating scrub to help ( Sugar , Honey, Lime and any oil like coconut jojoba almond. )
• The most effective and expensive option would be to get a T Sonic facial cleansing device like the Foreo Luna or the Clarisonic.
• If its stubborn try an Aha or BHA acid treatment. ( You can find this at Ulta or Sephora )
• Sulfur ( I use the wash and the ointment. However mine was worse than yours and what really helped was my Foreo Luna ) I have a 10% Sulfur Ointment, and I have a sulfur facial cleansing bar that contains Salicylic Acid.
• Tea tree oil or Benzoyl Peroxide ( They have a 5% BP gel. It's by Clearasil and its known as 'Persa Gel ' ) Both are very similar, I prefer Tea Tree. I recommend you dilute it.
• Oatmeal can help absorb excess oil and sebum.
• A mud mask will definitely help with pulling excess dirt
• A herbal spot treatment ( Kiehl's Blue Herbal Spot treatment is amazing and works beautifully )
I'm trying to remember all my remedies, lol. They are non existent in my life now thanks to my Foreo Luna but what can I say?
