Hey guys! I've been in love with nipple piercings for a while, and I've always half-heartedly fantasized about getting one but I've never seriously actually considered it until recently. What do you guys thing about them? Just with a regular barbell, nothing super fancy? Any horror stories? I've looked it up and haven't found a really bad story, but if you guys have advice or opinions please contribute!

Yea.lol she said it hurt they got a lil swollen she couldn't even wear a bra.

3 of my friends have them. And they all said to take off days from work (if you work) right after you get them done. And just be careful not to lean on them and be careful with accidental hits! But they love them and don't have anything bad to say about getting them :)

Go for It.!
you just have to get Over the pain.. I had Got me checkes pierced and it hurt at first but it was worth it. I took them out be careful doe make sure to allways keep them clean.

I don't think that the pain would be the biggest problem, and after reading a 15 year study on the supposed "benefits" of bras and finding out they do more harm than good, I stopped wearing a full support bra, and I'm already noticing improvements, so not wearing a bra isn't a big deal, I'll just wear a sweater when I'm out.

I'm not a fan they look cool but then again there's always the worry about scars and infections that comes with getting a piercing. You should do some more research and then see how you feel about it.

I've always wanted them... but last week I went when my friend got hers and it was honestly traumatic. She almost passed out and we had to wait like 20 minutes between them, she didn't even want to get the second one she said it was the worst pain ever.

Wow, seriously? Most of the stories I read online claimed that they had medium pain thresholds and it only hurt for a few seconds! Did she end up keeping it in?

I'm not sure, but now when I go out I just wear a flimsy low support bra to give them a little shape. My back is thanking me!

I think I saw it in a show that if not done right it can mess the sensitivity of your nipples..that would suck =/..same with your (down)

I think if your nipples are sensitive no.. but if thier not then yea because you can probably with-hold the pain lol.

I have a fairly high pain tolerance, and I read that in most cases getting it pierced increases the sensitivity.
