What is the best highlight to use on the browbone? I'd prefer it to be a pencil if possible! thanks :)

NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk, just blend it out with your finger or a brush. ☺️

I use the benefit high brow and it's really nice. At first look it seems too pink but it really brightens and as long as you blend it in correctly it works lol. I use a flat brush to spread it and then I use my fingers. Make sure not to tug on your eyes though. You can also use a concealer with a thicker consistency. It won't exactly brighten but it will clean up under and make them stand out.

I definitely agree with Austin, the NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk is awesome and very pigmented.
