This is why people should not recommend lemons for the face!! Same thing happened to me. Definitely stop use and moisturize with a good light moisturizer and use Neosporin on the spots. Aloe Vera could help too...

What are these spots you are describing? Pimple spots, brown spots? Lemons/lime/citrus fruits are not meant for the face and can create spots on your face along with it.
