Okay so people I want a suggestion, should I do a scene cut or layered cut? I want to go with scene but what do you think?
Again I have long jet black hair and light brown eyes with a fair complexion, which one would suit me best?

Scene hair is just extremely layered hair. I would honestly go for layers starting at about the bottom of your ears. Scene hair has really short layers which will take forever to grow out and make your hair really thin

Just a warning, make sure to be specific on where you want to shortest layers to be. I told my hair dresser that the shortest should be about down to my ear, and she thought I meant the top of my ears instead of the bottom. The haircut ended up being a choppy bowl cut and long, thin hair that wasn't layered going under it. It was horrific. And to top it all off, it took nearly two years to grow it out to where it was all even and as thick as it was before. It was so thin that I couldn't even put it into a pony tail because it would fall out. So make sure to be specific. (:

Actually you can do both...
Scene hair IS a layer cut but with the side bangs and lots of teasing. Get the scene cut and on days you just want layers don't tease and just pull your bangs back. That's what I did when I had my scene hair!
