Make a home made mask with olive oil and one egg (only the yellow part) and then put some argan oil (doesn't matter which one). Then cut your hair almost 5cm. Do this mask one month. And then repeat it if it works on you!

Please don't take biotin
It's not good for you unless you have biotin definciancy
Also, there is no miracle product to grow your hair
You just need to take good care of it
Drink lots of water
Don't use heat, but if you do use heat protectant
Use hair masks or deep conditioners, but not too often. Maybe once or twice a week
Get lots of sleep
Take a vitamin or fish oil (but consult a doctor first)
Eat healthy and exercise
And keep a healthy scalp

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.
Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.
Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner
keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)
