Bcoz of premature greying of hair I have to get touch ups done every month...but the problem is how to manage in between those touch up I.e. when they start showing back.
I don't want to use more chemicals...have already done enough damage to them. please help

I have the same problem! I've been using a powder touch up specially for hair that I purchased at Ultra for about $14. It works ok. They also have pricier ones that probably work best. You can also find other ones at any beauty supplies.

Try some of John Frieda's Glosses, you just use them in the shower and leave them on for a few minutes and rinse them out. They also have those powders or touch up gels that come in mascara tubes (lol I feel stupid because I'm not exactly sure what they are called but its in the hair color isle!)

I use this spray. Bed, Bath & Beyond...$10.. Not damaging, washes out when you shampoo.

Thanks everyone... :)... I wish these products were easily accessible here in India..I ll search them online.
