You can buy an illuminating foundation like NARS Sheer Glow or Armani Luminous Silk. they're better for people with dry skin tho, & it sounds like you might have combo skin.

you can also buy illuminating products like the Benefit Watts Up stick. you apply it to your cheek bones & brow bones & it gives you a really nice dewy look. I use this product & I love it!

Nyx setting spray dewy thats a good one. Also a beauty blender helps get a dewy look since you wet it, or you can wet your buffing brush before you apply your foundation.

You can put some mac fix plus after you finish your makeup.
