Do you think I could do these streaks in my hair on my own? And if so what brand of hair dye should I use?

Absolutely. I would use foiling to do it. Check out some YouTube vids. Your hair is blonde already so all you would need is a semi permanent dye (all unnatural colors are semi). No developer or anything. I would check out Ion Color Brillance Bright semi permanent colors at Sally's. If you want more quality go for privana or directions (online)
