So my hair is very thin and very fine. can I do anything to make it thicker? not a style or anything but a treatment to improve it? just super self conscious with it :(

Take good care of your hair. Regular trims, avoid washing it too much, avoid heat styling, and have a good diet. That's all you can really do. No treatment is going to change your hair.

I second what Kayla said. There is nothing that can change your hair, but if you're self-conscious about the thinness of your hair, you can always get it cut for volume if it isn't very voluminous. There are also a few volume shampoos around, by Moroccan Oil and L'Oreal.

Protein masks. The reason your hair may be this is because your hair is fine and breaks off easily so to strengthen it you'd need to add protein products to your hair.
