Hair help for senior pics.

So I want to have my hair curly for my senior picture tomorrow. The problem is that the amount of shrinkage I have is unreal and there's always frizzy clumps. How should I style my hair after a shower to get the most length and less frizz? I've tried two strand twists, but those don't work well on my hair. Also how should I sleep with my hair so that tomorrow my curls are preserved?

What do you use when you do a two strand twist? With the proper products I can keep my hair elongated for a good 3-5 days after a two or three strand twist but the right products matter.
